The gold is recycled 18 K gold. Each piece is crafted with exceptional skill and care to ensure the highest and lasting quality. Please note that all gemstones are unique, so their shape and colour may vary from the photos.

Please note that jewelry should not be exposed to chemicals such as hairspray, perfume, lotions or makeup. Always put on your jewelry last, after applying hairspray and perfume. You can clean your jewelry with warm soapy water and a soft toothbrush. Please avoid using strong cleaning agents, as they may damage the surface of the gemstones and scratch the gold.

Please have your ring size measured by a professional to ensure your new ring fits perfectly. If you need guidance or help choosing the right size, I will be more than happy to assist you. The ring can be made in half or even +/- sizes, so if your exact size is not available in the online shop, you are welcome to send the precise deatails via email.

Please make sure all creations are returned new, unused, clean and in their original packaging. Creations that do not meet this return policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer without issuing a refund.

Returns are accepted for jewelry items that are in stock (earrings and pendants). Unfortunately custom and bespoke creations (rings, Summer Breeze- collection) or items that have been personalised or altered can not be returned. Please note that the shipping costs will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
